Everything in this shop is handmade, curated, and created with love. I do my best to make everything as hypoallergenic as possible in a clean environment so it can be loved for generations.
Some items are in stock, and some are made to order.
Shipping
Please reach out if you need your product sooner than the typical 5-7-day processing time for orders in the continental United States. Rush orders may be possible but are never guaranteed, as we are all beholden to the shipping gods' mercy. An additional charge will be added to all rush orders.
Special Orders
Color Change: Most items in the shop can be made with colors of your choice. There is an additional $15 color-change fee, which may increase the lead time if your colors need to be ordered. Reach out AFTER your purchase to discuss color options.
Style Change: Some items may be customized with color changes as well as specific detail changes. Additional fee will depend on the customization request. Please reach out BEFORE purchasing your item to ensure I can accommodate the request.
Weighted Beads: Add a little extra weight to most plush items for an additional $15 fee. Look for the add-on option in each Plush description.

Terms and conditions
All items are handmade and will wear with use over time. Crochet items may have tie-off strings, and stuffing may flatten. Normal wear and tear is to be expected; however, please get in touch with me if you feel there is a problem with the item. I will assess whether it is something I can fix or replace. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Issues with items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and there is no guarantee of an amicable solution.
